Minos Hey Minos, sadly in most cases with dust we see it appear behind the e-nd, which is basically a game over situation. Kinefinity has changed their manufacturing process now a year ago, and ever since the cases of dust behind the e-nd are super rare. Here in Europe we can change the front of the camera with the new e-nd update. Its a fix which only takes about 2 hours, its a full sensor and e-nd rehouse. This is only needed in case yo have dust behind the e-nd. YOu can try removing the e-nd, like I explained in this post, and see if there is any dust on the e-nd. please use a dust blower, and do not touch the e-nd. point the camera towards the ground while doing this, or you could even worsen the amount of dust on your e-nd. Please let us know if we can help you. Even though we can only help our clients directly, we opt to assist everyone on their endeavor to fix cameras.
