Gafpa Gear made a highly accurate log transform for the MAVO Edge 8k to match Arri’s log c in the ALEXA, see them side by side, in very hard to resolve scenes, and judge accordingly. The log transform is a 66point cube LUT and is non destructible.

The LUT to match the Kinefinity MAVO Edge 8K with the ARRI ALEXA is finally done, you can now PURCHASE it from our website and in any case that Kinefinity changes the matrix, we will re-profile the camera and get a new conversion lut out there as soon as possible!
We already gave the lut to some shooters to beta test, and we really love the results

Moralesm Hey Yes of course , any matrix update will be free! We have all the neccessary charts and profiling software and alexa in house so once anything change we can counteract it quite quickly!
